I used around 10-15 GIF's to scan in Turbowarp then I put it through an encoder i made (in scratch duh) then i tested if it works properly through a decoder i made
This project uses RLE encoding so it should take at least some time to decode for me in scratch it took around a minute to decode thanks to @Kouzeru for the syncing script. Before that it was only in sync with my PC config
