The 2023 Hypothetical season was an average season only Having 12 Named storms 5 Hurricanes and 2 Majors Retired names Don, Gert, and Harold. It was an Inactive season but caused lots of damage Due to The twin terrors of Gert and Harold. Gert caused 15 Billion 10 Billion in the US and 5 Billion in the Bahamas and Cuba and Harold was the only Cat 5 and made landfall In areas in the Caribbean It caused 5.5 Billion there and over 100 Deaths then went to the Yucatan and caused half a Billion Dollars and then made Landfall In Texas as a Cat 4 causing 20 Billion and rapidly weakened and Don was the weaker of the three It was only a cat 2 but still caused damage in North Carolina and was an estimated 4 Billion.
