This is my entry, and I wrote a little story to go with it: Mind blank, Kat Paws stared aimlessly into space, and watched as other kittens began writing words on paper. After looking around the classroom to make sure the teacher wasn't looking, she slipped her headphones on and zoned out. Music was what soothed her. It brought her to another world where anything could happen. She could do whatever she wanted, like crumple up her writing assignment and throw it in the trash. Unfortunately, life wasn't exactly like that, so she picked up her pencil and scribbled some words onto the paper. As upbeat tunes blared from the headphones, Kat gawked at her own work. It was just plain awful, and she still had no idea what to do. This was going to be a long writing class...
