As you guys know, its 2021! It is a popular thing to make a new years resolution. I personally have never made one before this year but I figured, I need a change and I should try to achieve some goals. Here are mine! _____________________________________________ a c e d e m i c - - Straight A's on all of my report cards in 2021 This one is not very hard for me because I usually get straight A's. My mom is very strict and so she is always checking my grades. | How i plan to achieve this goal | I plan to try my best not to procrastinate, turn my assignments in on time and complete, study for tests, and ask for help when i need it. _____________________________________________ p h y s i c a l - - In 2021 I will workout every day. I have already been doing this for about a week. I do leg, core, leg + back flexibility, and arm toning workouts and then sometimes cardio. I switch off every other day so for example: monday = arm toning and leg flexibility. tuesday = leg and core workouts etc. | How i plan to achieve this goal | I plan to set aside time each day to workout for 30 to 40 minutes at the end of my day. - drinking 32 oz of water daily. I have a hydroflask that is 32 ounces so this one is easy. I can just fill my water bottle and drink the whole thing. Then I have completed my goal! There are many benefits to good hydration. Clearer skin, healthier body, better eating habits etc. | How i plan to achieve this goal | I will have my hydroflask with me always or as much as possible and I will drink water often. _____________________________________________ m e n t a l - - confidence + self love. This is something I have had to work on in the past. I am pretty good with it now but you can never have enough self love! | How i plan to achieve this goal | I plan to try and not let people's comments get to me and cut all toxic people, or people who bring be down, out of my life.
