Vincent Van Gough was a painter for the Dutch Republic. He has managed to make 900 paintings, including portraits and many landscapes too. He cut of his left ear due the all the stress he had. This was also because his friend (Paul Gauguin) said his art was way better than his. Vincent died at the age of 37 in 1890 on the 29th of July. Vincent Van Gogh suffered a gunshot wound. He died in his bed two days later, in the small French town of Auvers-sur-Oise. Vincent's days are being celebrated on 22nd of January.
