Kagami- This is what he looks like- he is 17, male, Bi, he has that scar on his eye because of his father- his quirk is manipulation. if he touches you with 5 fingers he can control the limb that he touches but it is incredibly tiring for him. 5 minutes of controlling someone feels like he hasn't slept in 24 hours- so he gets exhausted using it. for example- if he touched your arm with all 5 fingers he could take control of your arm and make it pick up a bag or a cup without you being able to control it.
