hello hello it's been awhile since my last project (sorry about that, school has been keeping me busy) so the other day it was like, 11 at night, and i was like "oh hey, i'm going to read that book i keep meaning to read." well it was like 400 pages long and i was up until 4 am because i read the whole thing. i got 3 and a half hours of sleep that night. don't follow my example. BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT. THE BOOK WAS AMAZING. i've been doing a lot of reading lately, actually. i got like 24 books for christmas so i've been getting through those (i'm a very fast reader, i once read 6 books in one day). below is a list of some of my favorite books i've read lately. please read them because they are all very good. - 'The Golden Compass' by Philip Pullman [ genre: fantasy ] - 'Carry On' by Rainbow Rowell [ genre: fantasy, romance. be warned, there is a lot of swearing in this book, but it's super fantastic. ] - 'Tuesdays at the Castle' by Jessica Day George [ genre: fantasy ] - 'The Magic Fish' by Trung Le Nguyen [ genre: realistic fiction. this one's a graphic novel ] - 'Nimona' by Noelle Stevenson [ genre: fantasy. also a graphic novel ] i like fantasy a lot but i think that's obvious from my list lol so please read these or let me know if you have read them and then we can talk about them UwU i'll try and post another project soonish, like in a week or two. let me know if you would prefer another description-heavy project like this, or some art or something else. <3 miri
