Click make project to make a project. Once you make a project, you will slowly gain stats. Click the sidebar on the side to see your stats. You will gain more stats the more projects you make. Use the left and right arrows to navigate the different types of projects. Each project will take less time to make the better it is. You need the required stats to buy a project.
