Hi there! This is an ad for SWC. What is SWC? SWC is a triannual virtual writing camp. It runs for the months of March, July and November, and you make a word goal for yourself, and try to reach that by the end of camp. There's also a competitive aspect with cabin points (there are 15 cabins- you'll be in one of them), and you can do activities such as word sprints or word crawls for points. The camp goes from the 1st of March to the 31st of March and it's online so you can be there 5 minutes or 3 hours a day, at any time. (answer courtesy of @-Alocasia) What is your involvement in SWC? This session, I was chosen to be a leader! The next SWC is in March 2021, and I will be leading the Sci-Fi cabin. Sci-Fi not your thing? It doesn't matter! You don't have to write the genre of your cabin, they're just there for names! How can I join you? Signups are here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/478826731 All you have to do is fill out the short form so we can make the cabins well balanced! In the signup form, it will ask which leader you want - all you have to do is ask for me as a leader! Do I need to apply? No, you don't! There's a "form" to join, but that's just so they can keep track of who's participating! Everyone "gets in", you don't need to be accepted or chosen. @candylanguagegirl for creating swc and hosting the first two sessions of SWC, @theenderqueen for hosting the 3rd session, @eciipsed for hosting four sessions, @sunshine_the_rainbow for hosting the 8th and 10th sessions, and @-icicie-, @-Alocasia and @perfectlypinkpanda for hosting this session and last session.
