look into it for 5-10 mins maybe works for less time idk but that gives best results and after 5-10 mins (i recommend 7) look away from your pc/laptop/mobile device and look at the center you can look at it for 1 min and still get results but they don't stick that long and no center = really bad results full screen and f11 recommended`
