hi bee! here is some quick critique. please don't take this badly, just trying to help. eyes: i made these a warmer brown colour, rounded them, put the lower lids at the front and added eyelashes. to do this, pick out an orange colour and lower the brightness. don't change the saturation. to make the eyes rounder, you just have to lower the bumps at the top. to add eyelashes, i just reshaped the edges of the eyes. lips: i made these a darker red and changed the shape. to do this, get an oval, make a point in the middle. lower the point and make two bumps. hair: i pulled the two front strands closer and made the back hair lighter. this was pretty simple, i reshaped the hair a little and made the back brighter. neck: i made the neck shorter, got rid of the shading and made it more slender. first, i deleted the shading, next i made the neck darker, then i pulled in both sides, and then i pulled up the shirt higher to hide the rest of the neck. legs and feet: i added shading to the knees and made proper shoes. to do this, i made two circles and pasted them onto the knees, and reshaped the shoes to resemble boots. hands: i deleted the extra wrists and pulled the hands up. nose: i made the nose more ovular and changed the shading to a gradient. that's about it! i would recommend adding more shading, but i didn't have time to show that.
