This is my newest villain OC- Kiyoshi Okamoto. she is female, she's younger- 14 years old. quirk example: if she touches you with five fingers while purposely activating her quirk, she can turn you from villain to hero or hero to villain. she is apart of the L.O.V have a nice day y'all also- she's really short as in like 4'5"
