What is SWC? Scratch Writing Camp (also known as SWC) is a triannual writing camp, running during the months of March, July and November. During SWC, you make a word goal for yourself, and try to reach that by the end of camp. You'll be in one of 14 cabins (though you don't have to write in the same genre as your cabin), and you can do activities such as word sprints or word crawls for points :) The camp runs from the 1st of March to the 31st of March. ✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Why should you join SWC? I've done SWC twice and it's amazing! It is really good at getting you to write and there's a lot of activities (like cabin wars.
