Hey y'all! This is another part of the series WRONG This one is Anxiety. Anxiety can be commonly mistaken as simply being nervous. It's mistaken for being nervous because of the nervousness, and trembling. Sometimes Anxiety can be self-diagnosable. Some symptoms are irritability, racing thoughts, unwanted thoughts, anxiety, worry, fear, insomnia, trembling, and so on. Anxiety can be helped with medication, and it is also usually helpful to be able to talk to a professional psychologist, therapist, etc. It is a good idea to talk to your family and friends, as well as people you trust.
Thank you @firesideangel for the background/writing on the project. Thanks, Mayo Clinic, for the symptoms and treatments.
