In 2008, when she was only about 11 years old, she performed a speech called 'How dare you take away my basic right to education?' in Peshwar, Pakistan. The next year, she started to blogg for the British Broadcasting Corporation about her life. Malala proves how strong women and girls are, because at 11 years old, she was livingunder death threats coming from the Taliban. In 2012, Yousafzai was shot by a gunman while riding a bus. She recovered, and at age 17, she became the youngest person ever to recieve the Nobel Peace Prize. Despite Malala's harsh condition's, being a young girl fighting for her education, and even getting death threats, Malala stayed strong She stayed strong for what she thought was right, what she KNEW was right. And you can, too. It's our world. If you don't like something, it's your job to change it.
