EDIT: I keep getting compliments about my lineart? First of all, Thank you! I use a permanent marker that I got from when we were all signing each other's shirts and stuff when school ended last year. It's a- hang on, lemme grab it. It's a CD permanent marker.... ahahahahaha it's by 'wen ya' I think?? This is not professional at all xD so I use that for all of the lines along the outside. for the inside lines, I just use an anko fineliner (any fineliner will do, that was just a super cheap one we found at kmart. It's 0.4mm btw) i might aswell tell you the brand of markers I have. I have a J.Burrows 60 pack of graphic design markers, which are just regular alcohol markers ^^ they were about $36 (?) from Officeworks. And if you zoom in, you'll know what I mean by "inside and outside lines" the outside ones are thicker and the inside ones are thinner.
