for player one, the guy on red use the right, left arrow keys to move the down arrow to shoot, and the up arrow to use the special move. for player 2 the guy on the blue uses the (A), (D) keys to move, the (S) key to shoot, and (W) to use the special move, and (P) and (E) to use a mother special move.
