Hi! Welcome to my rotating DTA!! <><><><><><><><><><>><><><><><><><><><><><> Ｗｈａｔ ｉｓ ａ Ｒｏｔａｔｉｎｇ ＤＴＡ？ -- So, a DTA is a contest where the host designs characters and participants draw them. The host then judges the drawings and chooses one drawing of each character that they like best. That person wins the character and they can use it in any way. -- A rotating DTA is the same as a DTA but the host just keeps adding new characters. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> ＲＵＬＥＳ： -- please do not yell, guilt trip, spam, etc if you do not win -- you may not use bases, trace art, etc when entering -- please no spamming or advertising -- changing the species and simplifying/complicating the design is fine, just don't redesign the characters to be unrecognizable :) -- you can change the name of the character -- you may have multiple entries for a character :D -- please try not to make other people or yourself feel bad about their entries! everyone’s art is great! -- no bribing or guilt-tripping :) -- please make your entry a remix! i will not be counting non-remix entries unless i give you permission! -- no need to tell me when you finish, i will get the notification when you remix -- if you do not win, you may not claim these designs for your own, only the winners get to keep the design -- everyone may enter :D -- if you do not follow these rules you will be disqualified from the competition <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> ＣＨＡＲＡＣＴＥＲＳ： 1.
