[ written by a friend, not the owner of the account ] I'm sorry, I want to say before I start, that the writer of this project feels like another version of this has been made, but I don't remember who made it, and I'm pretty sure this will be different enough, but if you already made one like this, thank you, it was great, and I want to say more about it also, so thank you for being an inspiration. Okay, onto the actual project lol. I bet you've seen more then once, conversations that go something like this: "[person] TO [amount] FOLLOWERS!" "[person who was stated above] NOOOO I DON'T DESERVE IT I DON'T EVEN HAVE GOOD PROJECTS" "BUT YOU DO" "NOOOO I DON'T DESERVE [amount] FOLLOWERS" And you know how it goes. It's like we think that it's either we have to be overly humble/self depreciating, or we're greedy. No. Just flat out no. I know you think that trying to say your art/animations/projects in general are good is being greedy, but the thing is, it really isn't. Earlier today I listened to a podcast about doing things that challenge you, and the maker of the podcast was talking about how he had to ask people to endorse his book. Get that? He had to ask people to endorse his books. That's the real world. We have to not be afraid to show who we are. We can't live in fear that if we say something people will misinterpret it. For sensitive topics, yes, be careful what you say, but when you're promoting your project, especially on your own profile, don't worry. Now, I'm not telling you to advertise, just saying that you don't have to hate on your projects. I hope this helped! Remember not to hate on your projects, it won't do anybody any good. <3 Thanks for reading.
