Don’t know what a DTA is? ‘DTA’ stands for ‘Draw to Adopt’ so basically you choose an OC you want, and you draw it, and that’s youre entry! At the due date, I choose the best entry and then that character is theirs! A rotating DTA means I keep on adding more OC’s after others are adopted! I’ll add new characters every week!!
