This took about an hour and a half, so lines for act 2 will come out soon! :) They're finally out! Some things to be aware of: I blacked out swears. If a page is particularly blurry, (like the first page of "Non-Stop (my fave >:D)) then you can look up the lyrics, just mind the swears. If you're not allowed, I can hand-type the page to you. when it says "Women" say the line, if your character is a woman (not you, your character) then record those lines. Vise versa if you are a male character. You are all ensemble, so record those lines as well, preferably with a lower-quality mic, or lower the volume because it's just background. But sing in your range. If you sing in soprano, though, please try to go a little lower. The background singers don't usually hit very high notes. Try to hit tenor, alto, or mezzo-soprano. You can go lower, though, if you need. But this range is preferable. This is also from a book called "Hamilton, the Revolution." it's about how Lin went through the process of writing it. It's a really great book, check it out if you want!
If you forgot who you are- go here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/453190356 If you go inside you can zoom in! If there are 2 parts for "Company" record both pls! make sure you listen to it so you can get on key and pitch, but also feel free to be creative with the singing!
