▚▚▚▚ rant. Have you ever been in a situation where you just don't want to be in? Like being made fun of or picked on. Obviously, that's a place nobody would want to be in. But some people don't mean to hurt someone's feeling intentionally, but you should really try to be more considerate. For example, if someone is spreading a rumor but you know it's a lie, why spread it too? Why spread something that could hurt someone's feelings and ruin their reputation? Sure, it might be a funny lie to you; but think: Would it hurt that person's feelings? [NARNIA SPOILER] Some Narnia readers might remember the scene where Peter and Susan didn't believe Lucy about her going to Narnia after coming out of a wardrobe. They didn't mean to hurt her feelings, but they did. Not intentionally though. It's like that with anything else. [SPOILER END] You have to take people's feelings into consideration. You have to see with their eyes, hear with their ears, and feel with their heart: Empathy. To anyone who has been in a terrible situation, would you want that to happen to someone else? ▚▚▚▚ note. We were talking about a book we're reading, Narnia, and how we can find empathy by reading books. It really was a nice lesson, and I kind of wanted to rant about it. That's what made me come up with this rant. :)
