I wrote this a while ago, when I was both missing the ice and not doing so well. I decided to share it now because, though the original isn't very good, I still think that someone who reads it might have needed it. Remember, you're not as alone as you think you are. And the struggles you have with your own brain aren't your fault. Space to change to the other version of the poem. The one that comes up when you press start is the original.
