Move your mouse and align your player on the black gaps so you don't fall in the lava. (If you would like nightmare mode, use turbo mode.)
Story: You go inside a(n endless) cave filled with lava. Your job is to avoid the lava. As you avoid more lava, you get more scared and run faster, but as you get further into the cave, you are more aware that when you run faster, you are more likely to run into lava, so your character doesn't run as fast, but still speeds up a little bit because he is scared. Your character and the cave is seen from the ceiling of the cave.
