The S.T.A.F HQ has made a short canal/moat to make the HQ more secure. 12 Men in each Barrack. Don't forget the countless militia troops, who live in RecruitVille and serve as militia for 3 months until they are trained enough to become primary units. 12 Aircraft in each hangar (the hangers are quite big) There is also the countless aircraft on Navy Ships.
