Autodesk Hair and Skin Step-by-Step! Instructions: Click that green flag to start! Pretty self-explanatory stuff(Edit: actually, not really :')), but here's some commentary anyways. Also, you can click and hold to see an image up close but it might go to the next step instead. (Commentary) Steps 1-4: So I started out with an outline, then lowered the opacity and traced the outline with a fountain pen in black. Then I got rid of the outline. Steps 5-7: I switched to a soft airbrush and changed the size to about 54 and the opacity to about 70. Then I added a layer between the outline and lineart and colored in the hair with the airbrush. Step 8: I added some shading with a darker, more saturated color. Step 9: I added some highlights with the same soft airbrush and settings, just with a white color this time. Steps 10-12: I switched back to the lineart layer and alpha locked(pressed on the lock symbol) to lock the layer so I could draw over it. Then I switched to the fountain pen again and changed the size to 60 and changed the color of the lineart. Steps 13-14: Here, I started with a light peach color for the skin, shaded a little with the airbrush with an opacity of maybe 10 or 7, then added some highlighting to the skin by going over with white.
