After 4 months of trying to think of an idea and committing to it, here's a glimpse of what I'm working on! Controls: Left Hand: WASD to move Q to grab E to shoot Right Hand: IJKL to move O to grab U to shoot Shoot chips to destroy them, or grab them with both hands at the loss of some of your HP. Grabbing can also shield you from HP loss if you happen to be in a pinch. _________________________________________ UPCOMING CHANGES: - More optimized code - Improve projectiles - More battles - Better artwork - Better sounds - Story or prologue of some sort - Mobile controls? - Cloud Co-op?? _________________________________________ DEV LOG: 2/8/21: Initial Release 2/9/21: New Mana system (MP), Fixed projectile aim, Tweaked death and some sprite sizes 2/10/21: Changed fists to be similar to meat shields (that means they have a use now!), Fixed bug involving grabbing while dying 2/11/21: New Powered mode (every 10 defeated enemies will power you up for some time), Fixed bug that wouldn't allow the right hand to grab chips 2/11/21: Trimmed some unnecessary code, added a freeze frame for when you become powered, Mana will not decrease when powered 2/17/21: Started working on dialogue and sounds, Hands spawn next to each other now, Removed a bit of useless code 2/21/21: Added music, Added title screen, Added a new type of chip (must be grabbed by both hands to destroy), Gave this project a name!! 3/12/21: Added invulnerability during a power mode freeze frame, Fixed very old bug where you would still be powered when clicking the green flag ... 5/5/21: Hey I forgot about this, lol. This is probably gonna lay dormant for a while because I'm working on some new stuff. Such a shame, this game had quite a bit of potential. But I've moved on from this, so I'll let this be a landmark in my Scratch career. Maybe I'll comeback to it someday, who knows... _________________________________________
