so sorry, forgot to remix the project xD Hello! This is my entry for @Broadway_NYC’s DTIYS! I decided to draw Heather ^^ (The full drawing is inside the project) If you want to hear about my thoughts on how the process went, scroll past the credits credits~ ~art, majority of code, thumbnail - @-cloudynight- ~zoom function - @colorsnatch ~inspo- @Broadway_NYC @Jeila I did use a pose reference lol ~I use procreate and my fingers eheh music: before you go by Lewis Capaldi (had it in my head lol, has nothing to do with the piece) the process was pretty hard, following the reference was a bit irritating and at one point the feet looked so awful I literally just replaced them with the worst looking shoes xD The lineart was pretty smooth sailing besides the trouble on the hands and face :) base coloring is base coloring Adding the effects was really fun, I enjoy adding noise and color dodge layers :33 as well as accidentally changing Scratch’s language to Dutch xD But my favorite part had to be shading the hair, I love painting with salmenca brush it’s so funnn Skin shading was also fun I also did the background with salmenca poggg Anyways my favorite thing was the hair, but my least favorite was definitely the shoes xD I also could improve the hands and the coat jacket :P Thanks for reading my TedTalk
