All you do is press the button. Try to press it before the noise stops. Open the menu to change stuff, and if you lose, just press "Play Again?" to restart. Oh, and one last thing: this is a LOT easier on touchscreen devices. (Oh, and TheBigG got a new high score - 367, but they weren't signed in so it didn't update.)
