This is Sub Zero his arms are ice so that's why is hand is the way it is and he killed his brother cause he had to,his brother Scorpion had a stone and evil heart and would have killed all in his way if not for Sub Zero but even thought they r as different as the night and day(the back round in now explained) they were brother(twins) so sub zero grieves but has the scar on his eye to remember him by..BTW this is a Mortal Combt charater!
