Each player has 5 health. Bring the opponent's health to 0 to win. (Neither player has any advantage. The weapons are only different in appearance.) A & D to choose player 1's weapon. S to select weapon. Left and right arrow keys to choose player 2's weapon. Down arrow key to select weapon. W & up arrow key to choose level. Space to start. WASD to move player 1. If bow doesn't fire holding the button seems to fix it. Also you might need to click the flag twice.
