Press 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 on your keyboard. 1: Draw a base. 2: Draw the outline on the base. 3: Take the fill bucket, and click the color with the red line over it and fill the lines in your outline. 4: Draw anything you want on it (accessories, eyes, ect.) 5: Fill the outline with black. 6: Color it in! 7: Make a backdrop. You can make the backdrop whenever you want, really.
i do not know how to animate on this so i gest did the colors so ya i hope you like it.
