(cont.) “The pouch of coins you have are your points. There should be 26 pennies, even, in each of your pouches. Plus the number of points you won yesterday. So, Lyla. You would have 36 points. Quentin, 35. So on, so forth. You can give someone all 26 of your pennies. You can give someone no pennies. It all depends how much you rate their singing. Or, how much you value their life.” They clarified. “There’s a catch, however. I only want one winner. So if there manages to be a tie… I will kill more people. If there’s a two-way tie, I kill the bottom-two people instead of one person in last. 5-way tie? 5 people dead.” They explained, a small chuckle escaping their lips. “The judges at the front each have 26 coins to disperse as well. They’ll take part in voting alongside everyone. Once everyone performs their song feel free to converse normally; with your given vocabulary, of course. Just because the man running communications is down with you all doesn’t mean I won’t be listening in and handing out strikes as necessary. Not only that-- if I feel strongly, perhaps I’ll give out a few cents myself.” They added. The kidnappers at the front all dug through their pockets, pulling out pouches of their own. “If you try to cheat the game, I’ll see to it that you’ll get multiple strikes. Good luck, everyone. Now… if we could… would anyone like to volunteer to go first?” ————————————————————————— Hey hey!
