omkar2008 has the wr with 9.4 seconds. this is BY FAR my most polished koopaling battle. if you haven't seen my old larry battle then you won't know how BAD it was. so I remade it. with better sprites. better code. and an actual GIMMICK. use the arrow keys and stomp on his head 3 times to win.
