Not the kind of project I normally make but here. I know imma get lots of hate. A lot of artists get mad when people reference/recolor/use their art in anyway. However, saying that they can´t can get you banned. There are only two cases it can be reported on Scratch. 1- It isn´t credited. If they are claiming the art as their own, then you can report it. If they didn´t say anything, I reccomend asking them to add it first, because they mighte just forgotten. 2- It is made to be gory/NSFW. This is reported under, ¨violent or scary¨ not ¨use of images without credit¨ A lot of people say its ¨illegal¨ but it isn´t. Everything on Scratch is liscensed under Creative Commons Sharealike, meaning anything can be used as long as credit is given. If they want it to be illegal, post it somewhere off of scratch. ((I noticed 1/50 artists on scratch don´t allow recoloring. The only one I´ve seen who is pro-recoloring is MistCat.
