Hello! I am back with yet another animation meme! I decided this one would be easy to do (I was right). It took about 2-3 hours, and I'm proud of it! The girl here is kind of like a british school girl. She's not an oc of mine, I just wanted to use this hairstyle because it's pretty easy for me and I like it.
