If you've played Evoland, this game will be familiar face. Otherwise, Here's how to play. You have a deck of 23 cards, of which five are drawn for you to use. One player begins at random, and placed one of those five cards in one of the nine spaces. Then, your opponent goes, and this back-and-forth happens until the board is full. Upon placing a card, if a number bordering another card is higher than the number on the already present card, you capture that card; it turns to your color. Beware, though: your opponent can capture them back. At the end of the game, whoever has the highest total cards of their color on the board and in their hand, wins.
