In order to play Scratch Universalis, you need to first of all select a country to lead. After that, you can either move or attack by pressing the respective button, then clicking on the territory you want to attack/move from, and then clicking on the territory you want to move to/attack. Once you're done with your turn, click on the button in the bottom right corner. In this version, you can play as one of many great empires from history! The list of Empires includes: The United Kingdom(RED) France(BLUE) Russia(DARK GREEN) Spain(YELLOW) Mongolia(ORANGE) Japan(PINK) Italy(PURPLE) The Ottoman Empire(BLEACHED GREEN) The Benelux(DARK YELLOW) Portugal(GREEN) There are now achievements which you can unlock if you met the requirements. They do nothing, but that doesn't matter. Achievements What is thine shall be mine: Conquer a province World Conqueror: Conquer the world Napolean's Legacy: Conquer all of Europe as France Truly an Empire: Own half of the world(Broken) Events can provide you with either bonuses or negatives, and most of them have a chance of happening each turn, though some happen once the requirements are met.
