So...I didn't really know what to put for the title and I made this project for no reason, only to put: the planets in the Solar System used to be larger in the past, but when their mantles thickened(for the terrestrial planets) and cooled down, they shrunk. But the smallest planet in the Solar System, Mercury, is still shrinking.
