If you can't try at least to be meat free once a week > Reuse plastic bags as many times as you can and then responsibly recycle it > Conserve water > Start to use paper straw rather than plastic or even better, metal straw which you can reuse >Invest in a reusable water bottle. You can keep over 114 plastic bottles out of the ocean if you use a reusable water bottle for a year! > Make people aware of the events happening around them.
