Iris has the powers I wish I had. Most of the characters I write about are based off of me. My parents are way better than Iris's, though. ************************ Character: Iris Hair: brown with a blue/purple stripe(not dyed) Eyes: blue From a one of those neighborhoods where every house is the same. She has really bad parents who force her into a boarding school. Summary of the book: She meets a girl in the woods named Vine who can control plants. Iris has an ancestor who had powers, and Vine accidentally activates Iris's powers. But Iris has two powers, she can fly and breath underwater, so she also can control the elements water and air. This reveals to Vine that Iris is a descendant of the first royal family of the magical world. Later in the story Vine has to rescue Iris from a boarding school meant to turn Iris into a "Proper young lady." While there, Iris discovers Vine's mother is traped by the people who run the school. She and Vine have to rescue Vine's mother, and stop the people who run the boarding school, before the boarding school takes the magic from everyone on earth-permanently.
