Paint Scratch Pro 1.5 has been requested to be in other people's projects (Like OS's and other paint programs). So I reduced PSP's size to make PSP Mini edition, especially made for uses inside other projects. (Based off of PSP 1.5.2) Taken off: ~Title Animation ~Crossbars ~Woah! ~Some BK's ~Some Sprites ~Some PB's ~Animation (in specific places) ~Images were compressed ~Ad popup ~Random color text bubbles I think that covers it. Oh, and if you want to use this in your project, just give credit!
