Lunar New Year, also known as Chinese New Year, is a festival, that lasts until the full moon. It is meant to welcome spring, and marks the end of the coldest days. Chinese New Year is also called Lunar New Year because some countries, including Korea and Vietnam celebrate the holiday too. Some traditions include giving out red envelopes, firecrackers, burning fake money, decorating everything with red (a lucky color), and eating traditional foods (such as, dumplings, noodles, and fish). Chinese New Year is a celebration of happiness, family time, and welcoming new beginnings. ◇─◇──◇─────◇──◇─◇◇─◇──◇─────◇──◇ Notes: - I was going to color the lineart, but I thought it looked okay when I left it like this. - Sorry, the quality got kinda ruined.
