Anyway, this is about Earth so here's how life started: Hydrothermal vents at the bottom of the seas, protected from cataclysms rending the surface 4 billion years ago, delivered the necessary energy and could have sustained the molecules needed. Life started, then evolved. From microbes to animals that roam the planet today.
All stars are made from nebulae and so are planets and dwarf planets. Will humans go extinct? The short answer is yes. Everything goes extinct, eventually. Almost all species that ever lived, over 99.9%, are extinct.
