Short backstory: Doxie was never supposed to be a state. She was one of the hybrids (a mix between two nations), which is considered taboo. Of course, America didn't really care, and kept her. But Doxie knows no one wanted her in the first place. Occasionally, her h4t3 for the customs of the nations takes control, her taking the form of Mal. (the girl with green eyes)
