You start off at the bottom of a pool. You use the up key to touch the red line, and you need to wait a few seconds before hitting it again. To boost, press space, but you need to wait 40 seconds for the boost energy to recharge to 40 (which is the max but the counter will still go up though). Watch out- two bombs can throw you back down to the bottom, and if you don't make it in time you will get blown up by the nuke, then it will be game over.
