I know a lot of people who enjoy Keeper of the Lost Cities but can't find other media they like, but there is actually a /ton/ of amazing media aimed toward the same age group that's also incredible! (all of these recommendations are appropriate for 9-12 years old and above! If you'd like recommendations for older audiences, don't hesitate to ask- or i may make a project for more mature stuff later :D more descriptive age ratings as we continue) BOOKS: Percy Jackson + The Olympians (Age 9+) reasons for recommendation: LOTS of books that are all exciting, lovable characters, action, great storyline Artemis Fowl (9+) reasons for recommendation: A protagonist with interesting motivation!! Lots of analytical planning and incredible wit!! What's not to like? (also, if you're 13+ and enjoyed this book, I would also recommend six of crows :D) Renegades (12+) reasons for recommendation: A very cool look at the good/evil superhero mentality, great characters, and high stakes :) also the world-building is really neat. ALSO! THE LUNAR CHRONICLES BY THE SAME AUTHOR IS GREAT!! OTHER THINGS XD The Owl House - TV SHOW (8+) reasons for recommendation: fantasy world! Very very fun take on the usual "magic school" theme and incredible ships/animation :DD Space Boy - WEBCOMIC (8+) reasons for recommendation: sUcH an interesting story and amazingly crafted characters and art ack it's so beautiful- Castle Swimmer - WEBCOMIC (11+) reasons for recommendation: incredibly sweet, moving, and an amazingly unique story that takes place in the ocean!! The Two Princes - PODCAST (11+) reasons for recommendation: adorable, funny, and an amazing experience for those who like more audio than visual!! (Also a very fun take on the "royalty concealing identity" trope XD) aNd- the cutest ship you'll ever see! er- hear :) CREDIT TO ALL THE CREATORS OF THIS MEDIA! I hope this project helped someone :D
