This is just a short freewrite that I did yesterday in my writing group. We were focusing on setting; thus the lack of characters in this piece. There's not really much to say about this one! It's not my favorite piece, although I do think it's better than some of my pieces I haven't posted. I dislike the ending line, since it seems rather cheesy, but I couldn't think of a better one. Critiques & comments are welcome, but please no stealing or rude comments. Also, in-depth critiques are best - it helps if you tell me what you did and didn't like about my story :) The song is a music box version of some song - I don't know its name. I found it somewhere and it didn't have a title or artist. If anyone knows what it is, please tell me!
