I woke up to the smell of sausage, bacon, eggs, syrup, and pancakes. Then I went out of the bedroom and saw Josiah dressed in the most elegant suit and tie and then I asked what was going on and he said that it was a surprise and I was so happy. So I asked his mom if I could borrow some clothes and she said sure. So I went to her closet and I saw the most beautiful dress. It was pure white, lavender bow in the middle of the back and in the middle of the chest, with burgundy roses all over the dress. Then I yelled, “Christy!” She came up the stairs and then I asked if I could wear the dress and she said that she didn’t have to ask. I knew there was something going on so I got changed and looked in the mirror. I could not believe what I was seeing. I did not look like myself at all! So I went down and all of their jaws dropped. Josiah came out of the bathroom and he blushed. I asked what was wrong and he said that I looked beautiful. I blushed. HARD! So I sat down and got 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of sausage. Then when I was finished eating, I saw Josiah take a little black box out of his pocket. I thought, “Is he going to propose?!” Then he got on one knee and asked me to marry him and I burst out the word yes without thinking and then we kissed and then he put the ring on my finger and then we kissed again.
On the wedding day he caught a fever and could not come so I postponed the wedding until a week later. Then I found out that Jeremiah was a doctor at the hospital so I asked if he could come over so he did and then he gave some awesome news. The awesome news was that Josiah would be able to get out of the room in no time flat. Then I asked if I could talk to him in private. He said sure so we went up to mine and Josiah’s room and sat down. I told him about the wedding, the fever, everything. Then he kissed me on the forehead and said that everything was going to be okay. I asked if he wanted to stay the night and he said that that would be great. So he and I went back downstairs and Christy showed Jeremiah to the guest room. Around midnight I heard my door creak open. I was so freaked out but I just lied there but then I felt an arm wrap around me and then I could tell that it was Josiah. We snuggled in next to each other and the next morning was so cool. Josiah and I went to the mall, got something to eat, took a walk, then went home. When we went home I saw Jeremiah talking to Christy (Josiah’s mom) and David (Josiah’s Dad).
