The top row is note options. The middle row is the octave. The bottom row is the note length. Use the tempo slider to change the tempo. Press add note to add the note. Press add rest to add a rest. Press play to play the notes. Press save to save the notes by copying the number that comes up. Press load to load saved saved notes by pasting the number you copied.
